A cranberry juice detox uses cranberries which are small berries with a magical power to flush out your system, which in turn detoxifies the body.

Apple pectin
Astragalus capsule
Dandelion leaf capsules
Distilled water

Place 2oz of cranberry juice into a lidded container with 8oz of distilled water. Add 1tsp of apple pectin and 1tsp of psyllium fiber and mix together. Drink this mixture before breakfast or after waking up on an empty stomach. You should then drink another glass of this mixture ten minutes before dinner.
During the first week of your cranberry juice detox, you need to consume 2 capsules of dandelion leaves two or three times per day. This will help to cleanse your bowels and kidneys as it is a mild diuretic. If you can't drink cranberry juice because of the taste, at lease take a cranberry capsule.
You can eat as many organic apples as you wish. This is because the pectin in the apples will be bound to the toxins and be flushed away easily. Drinking the psyllium husk fiber will also help to bulk your stools which will create easy bowel movements.
During the second week the dandelion capsules can be replaced with Astragalus capsules which will help to cleanse the lymphatic system.
