Essential oils are used by adding a few drops to a massage oil , facial care product, using a diffuser, or in a steam inhaler to ease respiratory distress.
When inhaled into the lungs, molecules of essential oils attach themselves to oxygen molecules, enter the blood stream and move throughout the body with therapeutic actions. Oils evaporate easily and completely and they don’t leave marks on your towels or clothing.
