GENERAL DESCRITPION AND INFORMATION

Figwort is a plant that is indigenous to Europe, central Asia, and North America. It grows from 10 to 20 feet in height. The stems have a purple color, green leaves and a reddish-brownor greenish-yellow flowers.

This herb is used in eastern and western traditional medicine as a cleansing herb. It is a herb that has an effect on the entire body. It has a hormone-like substance that soothes the digestivetract and cleanses the kidneys. It is also used as an effective pain killer if nothing stronger is present. This herb also contains a cardio-active substances that strengthens the heart and can slows its beat.
