AROMATHERAPY - ESSENTIAL OILS

1) Steam inhalations - can be used with or without a vaporizer. Steam inhalations are the best way to work directly on the membranes, loosing the thick mucus and fighting infection.

Chamomile, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Peppermint, Pine, Thyme, or Tea Tree - A combination of these oils is best, or else just change around the oils.

For acute sinusitis, do the inhalations 4 times a day to ease the pain and relieve congestion, reducing to 1 time a day as the symptoms ease, until sinuses have cleared up.
