A lung cleanse can help you if you have allergies, asthma, chronic colds, chronic cough that brings up phlegm, a constant runny nose, bronchitis or wheezing, or severe sinusitis.
Asthma has increased one-third in the last decade. It has doubled for adults in the last 30 years and hospitalization of children with asthma has increased five-fold.
Human beings take approximately 22,000 breaths a day. Along with the oxygen that we breathe in comes dirt, pollen, disease germs, smoke and other pollutants.
The lungs are on the front line of toxic intake from viruses, allergies, pollutants, and mucous-forming congestive. They are the main organ, which digests, absorbs and supplies cells and the brain with the most vital product, oxygen. If the lungs are filled with toxic mucus and infection, they lose their ability to properly absorb oxygen and distribute poisons throughout the body. That is why a lung cleanse is vital to your health.
The lungs can be toxic and polluted by breathing in polluted air such as factory smog, car exhaust, chemical elements, pollen and other fumes. It can also become polluted by eating the wrong foods, as we now know our foods are filled with chemicals that are toxic, even though the FDA says that in small amounts these chemicals won’t hurt us.
When we breathe through our nose and throat, mucous gathers up these irritants, protecting the mucous membranes that line the upper respiratory system. As the lungs get filled with toxic mucus, they lose their ability to expand fully and inhale enough oxygen. Then the amount of oxygen in the lungs and blood becomes limited, which can cause many health issues.
